Posted by Andrew Fertility should be as light and frequent as possible, although 1 lb N/1000 is not out of line for initial grow in - N only. Topdress lightly once a week absolutely no rolling for immediate future and definately not after sanding as turf injury will be increased drastically. If you are a 1/4@ HOC decide what is going to be the final height and calculate how long, what increments to lower the height in, I would suggets 1/16" maximum. NO MORE THAN 1/4 OF THE PLANT LEAF AT ONE CUTTING. Hope this helps.

Water 2-3 timew weekly maximum, irrigate to at least the depth of the roots ie 4-6".
