Good luck on your build.
Make sure you add some peat moss to the sand. Pure sand greens are best left to professionals. You need the peat to hold moisture and nutrients.. mix in starter fertilizer. Roll till firm and walking on it barely leave footprints. Rough the surface with a leaf rake. Broadcast seed, then roll again. Water, water, water. Don't let the grass get too high before you mow.
