Changing to bentgrass green

I have a 328 green here in Texas and am sick of overseeding it in the winter, then struggling to get the bermuda thick in the summer. Right now the bermuda is really thin and I really want to go to bentgrass but was hoping to just overseed it in the fall much like I do with poa triv. My question is will the bentgrass overtake the bermuda in the summer? I have researched a few of the courses in the area and a couple have either Crenshaw or G2 as their greens. Any suggestions!?
