That's very expensive! I agree...

What about half?
I know that the price depends on the country AND the vet. In France, a friend of mine spend 200 euro for hips, including the official lecture.

Anyway, I'm not sure that's something we have to impose... but I think that's something to think about.
You can then include part of it in the pup price.
