Yes my Grandmothers Name was Maude Mae Diamond Burton she came up missing in 1941 or 1942 we have heard stories on how she was killed and buried near a cornfield in Lawrence County Kentucky on Morgans Creek but no one will say just where. We would really like to know where she is buried so we can give her a decent burial. My father and his siblings we all told she left them all when they were young they were told the other stories after they had grown up. All of Maudes Children are deceased now except for my Father and we would really like to know what happened to Maude back then and where she is now any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Dottie
