My grandmother told me a bit of dark family history. First off my family's southern roots run deep. I shamefully come from racists and downright scoundrels. One in particular was Big Jim Hall. He according to my grandmother hanged an african american man off of a bridge in clearfield for the crime of dating a white woman. It has been an obsession of mine to find out more about it. If anyone knows of any crimes like that please let me know. It's a piece of my family history that has been covered up and needs to be brought to light.
