It's not Don Gabbard that you're thinking about. Don was my grandfather. Tinhorn is someone different. His last name was Collins. I don't know his first name because everyone in the family calls him Tinhorn. But Tinhorn is not Don Gabbard. He passed when I was two and a half.

: Does any one remember the story about Don
: Gabbard. He came missing when I was in
: elementary school I am now 28. His son and
: neighbor rode my bus. Don and my dad was
: friends. My dad said his CB name was
: Tinhorn. His car was found in Tn. with no
: signs of foul play. He is missing from
: Corbin Ky. His car was I believe a 740 Volvo
: with honeycomb rims. He was very flashy with
: money and such. He has never been found and
: I have never heard anything else about him.
: At the time his wife had a $25000 reward for
: information and I am sure she still does. I
: have googled his name in every possible
: aspect and nothing comes up...If any one
: knows anything I was just curious!
