missing neighbor, Covington KY

When I was just a boy 1963, 1964 (not sure)a neighbor man helped me from a well that was on a farm at the bottom of the hill on Highland Pk, Covington Ky.He lived on a farm above where we lived. He plowed everyone's gardens with a team of horses. I think he was a mason,because he had a mason's ring. I don't know his name. If anyone knows him or what happend to him please contact me.
