Kenneth, This is one of the Shelton's that lived across the street from you growing up. I hope you have gotten my email. Please contact me. The FBI agent says he knows who killed Cheryl, but because they have no evidence they will not say who it is. Why haven't they told you, her family? This really makes me angry, after all of these years, they say they know but won't tell. If for some reason you did not receive me email. maybe we will find the truth out after all these years. please email me it is cindyt@kvnet.org
