My name is Mary Milliken and i am helping my sister try and find her birth father. It is a bit of a mystery. My sister's name is Teresa Lynn Walters Ewart. She took the last name Walters from my birth father when he married our mother, but for the 3 years before that she has no clue what her last name was. On Her birth certificate the father was listed as Thomas Ward of Thomasville, N.C, but we have a picture of Teresa when she was a little girl and it says her name was Teresa Collins. She remembers the name James Collins mentioned several times. I guess the question is.... which one is her father?Our mother was Beulah Amburgey, daughter of Blaine and Ida Mae Amburgey.They have all since passed away, so it's time for the "secret" to be let out. Teresa has asked everybody she could find that may possibly know, but nobody will talk about it. She is in failing health, and just wants to simply know... who's my dad? She has the right to know, so please if you know anything that may help us in her search.... do the right thing and contact us.
