My grandfather, Willard Massey passed away 2 years ago. I am looking for my grandfather's baby sister. Her name is Effie Imogene Pughsley. She was married to Joe Pughsley. The last my grandfather had seen her was when they both attended my great-grandfather's funeral years ago. The last anyone last heard of her, she lived in Louisville, KY. If she is still alive, the family would like to connect with her to see how she is doing and to let her know that grandpa missed her dearly. If on the other hand she is dead, I hope that her and grandpa finally have each other.
