My mother put my two brothers and myself in the children's home in Corbin, Kentucky when I was 3 and a half years old. My mother died 4 years later. Her name was Nannie Marie Cupp, but everyone knew her just as Marie. We have been trying to find our real father for the past 50 years, but everytime we get close to the answer a mystery death appears. Our other relatives only tell us that we will find out things that we don't want to know, but we do want to know. One lead that we have that could possibly be our father is that my mother use to work in a tobacco field in Speedwell, Tennessee in the 40s and she was seeing a man there from the valley.
