hauling to Conneticut, USA

Does anyone know of a hauler, a good one, that goes as far as Conneticut, USA? (way over on the east coast) Hoping to sell Pearl (my Half-Arabian Palomino Pinto yearling) What paperwork will she need to cross the border, hear you need like a paps # or something now? Does anyone know? Thank you
