My neighbor from across the way informed me that last week, Creepers was hit by a car. She was not sure who's cat he was, but she went to all the houses in the area when it first happened, where I work first shift, I was asleep when she came to mine. She said he was still alive and was rushed to the Vet's - they gave him pain meds right away - she called the next day, and was told he did not make it. I feel so horrible!!! I've tired for so long to rescue him from the streets. My heart is broken for him - he didn't have a family to love him, or someone to be there with him in his final moments. He deserved so much better than that. I wanted to be able to do that for him. He came from somewhere, why someone would just leave him like that is beside me... I can only hope that my Lovely Angels over the bridge where there to meet him & welcome him in. Rest Creepers - you really do have a 'home' of your own now. You will be sadly missed, and remembered well...
