it's stories like this that make my heart swell. Thank you for posting this wonderful story!! I'm so glad Carver is safe from that sorrowful life he had living on the streets and soon to have a forever home. Let us know what happens with Meredith. He sounds like such a wonderful cat. If only he could talk. He obviously had an owner pre-Katrina. God only knows what he's been through.
