She called me (formerly from N.O., lost everything to Katrina and had to re-lo to TX) but she and Karen helped with Patches' spay/surgery and Karen told her to call me. She asked that I send some pix of Patches so she can start emailing/faxing shelters that I haven't faxed. The name rings a big bell, but I just can't remember why.. She doesn't think this is a hoax mainly: "why would anyone do this?" "What's to gain"? I can't answer that. I'll be back in touch with her on Mon. and will email her pictures. The more involved in this the better.
