Well, I know it's a big deal meeting someone in person whom you've known on-line for a while. I remember the excited-but-uptight feeling before my first meetings with on-line friends! (I think you were the first one, Gina -- remember that? It worked out so well, but your husband came with, just in case I looked like a serial killer...LOL! It still cracks me up! 
) But when you add in the romance factor, the pressure has to be a lot higher! I know you'll handle it well, though, Louis, and I hope the two of you discover everything you've hoped for.
So is the meeting still planned for the end-of-year holidays? If you're flying around the holidays, you'll need to get your flights arranged as soon as possible. At least that's what I'm hearing about airline bookings.
To complicate matters at this end, unfortunately, we are still not quite sure where we'll be around Christmastime. My sister and her husband were going to come here, but now they are tied up with getting their house ready to sell, and we're still waiting to hear whether we can visit them in Chicago over the holidays or not. With no more parents left to visit for the holidays, our travel decision this year rests on my sister's plans. I'm sorry I can't be more definitive for the time being. But if you meant that you'll be making your trip in the summer, that would be easier to plan now.
