Hey great to hear that you caught it and that you enjoyed it. Maybe in that big old theater you were a bit far from the scene? For me the sound and pictures where I saw it really already felt very up close and personal. The sound was really top notch too. Very impressive sound on this movie. But I would have liked to see it also in an IMAX just to compare the experiences.
I agree with you on Jagger. He is really impressive, I think that he looks just as energetic and powerful as when he was 20 something. He really was at his top in this movie. I also didn't enjoy much Jack White. Since I am a big Blues fan, I loved the part with Buddy Guy, it was fantastic. He was the only one whose voice could keep up with the level of Jagger's.
One of these days I'll get it on HD.
