Right On sister!! Becoming a parent yourself changes your appreciation for your own parents. Most times. But, like I said, we are the lucky ones.
Lets not forget, I have a teenager and a 20 year old. That places him in a different catagory, or so he keeps telling me. One thing is for certain, this seems to be the most challenging times of parenting but, I haven't made it to being a grandma stage yet. And I better NOT anytime soon. 
I am sure Jennifer will be a wonderful mother if she follows your example.
