Thank you also for those tips.
One of my co-practitioners just hard a stoke last week at his work. He reacted well as he knew the signs well since he father had done many strokes. He went to the nearby hospital and actually did his stroke at the hospital. It is not a very serious one so we are happy about that. He is around 50 years old I would say and was under some stress recently.
And how is your recovery from your heart attack?
