Here is the little surprise I told you about

Some months ago, during an aikido seminar, some local tv station made a mini documentary about the master of our school of aikido and I got to be interviewed on the mat. I was hoping that they would cut me off at editing but unfortunately I ended up appearing on the video. I think I look and sound terrible as they put the camera very close to my face and as I was quite tired after several hours of intense practice. You can now see that video there:

Sorry it's all in French, but at least you can see where and what I do during those weekend long seminars.
