Posted by eVe on 2/3/2007, 7:08 pm I don't want to spoil anything for anyone if you haven't seen it yet. I thought it was very good. All of the performances were excellent...I especially enjoyed Adriana Barraza. Filming those scenes must have been torture! While driving home from the movie I mentioned to my husband how I felt the movie reflected just how easily things can go haywire. It's a good movie to remind of one's blessings. I asked my husband what he thought and he said "nothing". So I reponded, "So you might as well have sat in a room starring at a blank wall for a couple of hours?" He laughed and said he'd write me an essay on its merits, but most of all, he said he thought nothing of it because he understood the importance of its messages beforehand. And he thinks he's getting out of that essay with such a comment, ha! LOL

my husband got home early tonight and mentioned he'd like to take in a movie. He looked them up online and noticed that Babel was playing...to my amazement he suggested Babel as he knew I had wanted to see it before but life was just too crazy to get around to it.
