Best of luck to you in your job Penny, I hope the people you are working for continue to appreciate you. I always showed my girls how much a appreciated them, but giving them anything they wanted and it still wasn't enough so good ridance to them.

Well, I understand it wasn't the same situation, but, hearing it still rubs me the wrong way because I know what my old employees tell people to justify their actions. They say they were afraid to come to be. Hum, they worked there for 15 years and were afraid to leave? I always wonder how it is my fault that not a one of them had any backbone. They didn't have crap when they came to work for me and I spent alot of the money I made off of them to keep them busy and educated. Once I had them built to a point where I could coast a bit in business, they decided they weren't having that, I was making money on them, they threw away any friendship we had for the almighty dollar. So best of luck to them making it on their own. I don't want people like that in my life anyway and the manner in which they backstabbed me will come full circle to them and worse part is, I will probably feel bad for them when it does.
