The President and VP there won't learn anything, they don't think it is them. they think everyone who has left wasn't worth keeping because they lack the "commitment" to the job. I was so releived when I finally left it is hard to put into words. Thanks Dot for the support and encouragement. I thank God, I have found a better place!!!
