Rena does sound like a gift from God! Believe me, I know the drama and frustration of working for a small company that makes up the rules as it goes along, so I can really appreciate the relief you feel, Penny. Extricating oneself from that kind of job situation is difficult, but the quest for sanity is a powerful driving force! I'm so glad you've landed in a positive setting doing something you enjoy.
