Good Morning All
As some of my BBQ friends know, my wife is a school teacher in Fort Mill. This year the Fort Mill Foundation is having a Chili cook-off. Last year one of my wife co-workers participated, but cannot this year. So my wife said that we would do it to represent her school. I make chili that is pretty good, but I am looking for some recipes to move it up a notch or 2. If you have a good recipe that you would like to share, I would be most great-full. Jenn did mention that I should try one with pulled pork, but I am not sure.
On another note: I miss all of my BBQ friends. I am planning on starting back at some cook-offs this year. I know that I am going to do some judging, but really want to cook again. It really depends on my 2 sons High School and Middle School Lacrosse Games and then their Summer travel Lacrosse schedule. Some of the best time I have had was competing on the BBQ circuit both with my own team "My 2 Little Pigs" and then as a partner with Doug Quinn as "No Pig Left Behind". Have meet and made some of the greatest of friends. Great Times and I look forward to make many new ones.
Thanks, Bryan Antley

At Chili, Brews and BBQ last year after I finished judging Q I bought tickets and sampled all the chili. I used to judge chili a long time ago, and one of the best ones I had at this festival had BBQ Brisket in it. Good smoke along with good chili flavor oh and don't forget the coffee and chocolate.
