Please be in your seat and prepared to judge.
If you are receiving a Certified, Senior or Master Apron and have not notified me, (Email at the end of this brief). Please get in touch with me (ASAP) so that I have one available to present it to you for all your hard work.
If you have a family member that is cooking with a team you will not be able to judge at this event, but we can assign you to other duties. Please let me know in advance. Also, please remember not to fraternize with the cook teams on Saturday morning until all judging is officially over. A quick hello and good luck are acceptable. We encourage you to stay after judging to enjoy the festival, talk to the cook teams this is a great way to get to know them (No discussing any specifics of any samples or scores), then stay for the awards.
