Juneteenth Friday night cookoff

So far I’ve spoken with seven teams and everyone is on board. I’m looking at doing a steak cookoff Friday evening. Buy in will be $75. This will include two steaks. One for your turn in and one for dinner Friday night. I’m going to go to The Fresh Market and buy whole ribeyes, then have them cut to keep the field fair. As entry fees are paid you will receive a ticket. That ticket will be placed into a box for lottery style order of steak picks. Steaks will be picked at an early enough time so you can marinate or do whatever you’d like to do. We would also like to turn in between 6:00-7:00 so the judges can leave at a decent time.
