sould not have been surprized at the amount of info that was shared with us at the cook school Saturday, but I must admit,I was. J T and Gene are winners for years now and are willing to do this class every year. My hats go off to them for taking this on. I have been cooking over 10 years now but still picked up many tips to incorporate into our coking process.
Thanks to JT, Gene, and all the crew for putting this on. Also thanks to the SCBA for their huge part in making this happen.
