To all you wonderful teams who supported us this year, Friends of Caroline Hospice thanks you for your continued support without you our event wouldn't be possible. A special thank you to the Tedders who give us invaluable insight into the world of cook teams as well as for those coveted guitar trophies, and certificates. Lastly, to Ed Dauginas and Luther and the team of judges and novices who participated. Your serious love for South Carolina Barbecue showed and Ed, what a great job you did. Thank you for being patient with me as I was learning all the in's and out's of the event. With gratitude and looking forward to next year, the last weekend in February, Melissa Viets and the entire team at Friends of Caroline Hospice
