What better way of participating in the heritage of South Carolina Barbeque than cooking a Whole Hog? The 2015 Tobacco Festival Cook-Off being held in Lake City on 18-19 September is one of only two opportunities to cook Whole Hog on the SCBA schedule.
The Tobacco Festival Cook-Off has a few remaining spots open for Cook Teams interested in cooking Whole Hog.
