Greg and I would like to extend a very special "Thank-You" to Redneck Cookers, Some Are Swine, and Pork-O-Butts Cooking Teams for providing separate entry boxes for the Novice Training Table at Pig On The Ridge. These boxes provided us with a valuable training tool for our Novice Judges. These teams are always supportive of any needs of the SCBA and their willingness to take the extra time to assemble these boxes for our Novice Judges speaks volumes for their dedication to the SCBA and our efforts to have the absolute best BBQ Judges in the Nation.
We would also like to thank all of the SCBA Judges that came to this major event (71 teams). It has been a busy fall cook-off season and we truly appreciate each and every judge that decided to come to this event. Thank-you also to Tom Connors and the other Pig On The Ridge organizers for their support. These people are great to work with at this event and they always meet our every need.
Last but not least, THANK-YOU to all 71 Cook Teams for your dedication to this event and to promoting SC BBQ as the best in the nation. All of you are to be greatly commended in your efforts at competition cooking and the great BBQ that you produce.
Again, thank-you each and every one. Have a Happy & Blessed Thanksgiving and hope to see some of you at North Augusta on Nov. 21st, which will be the last SCBA Judging for 2009.
