Thank you, everyone, for the supportive comments. I am truly touched. Usually, the teacher learns as much as the students, and in this case it was especially so.
A special thanks to the cooks who gave extra effort so we could have good teaching tools! The ugly boxes, pretty boxes and ribs were very helpful, and the ugly boxes were fun, too!
A good time was had by all!
