EVENT: Pig On The Ridge
PLACE: Ridgeway, SC
DATE: 7 NOV, 2009 (Saturday)
JUDGES REPORT TIME: 8:00 am (Judging Starts at 9:00 am)
This event is one of the largest that the SCBA judges. More than 50 teams are expected this year. We need all available judges!

This event is comprised of two cooking categories of cooking teams: Pros and Amateurs.
The Anything But on Friday night is a People's Choice with event goers buying tickets and "voting" buy using a ticket at each cooker that they decide to try their offering for the evening. The cooker who collects the most tickets will be the winner. This is a great festival that is well attended by the locals as well as visitors from far away. The proceeds go to needy children for Christmas as well as other community projects. All judges are welcome to come and enjoy the festivities on Friday night starting about 6:00 pm.
The Saturday BBQ Judging is an early morning event. The judging starts at 9:00 therefore all you judges need to report by 8:00 am. The judging will take place in the Fire Station. Further details and directions will be in the judge's brief.
