Have had computer problems again finally resulting in complete hard drive failure losing all but some hand written notes,so there's been a lot of back-tracking.Anyway WELCOME to the 13th Annual Moncks Corner BBQ COOK-OFF to the judges and cook teams.We have 23 confirmed so far(looking for a max of 30)17 will be doing Ribs and Chicken also there are 16 so far doing ATB and 8 for Best Dessert on friday night.This being the 13th year the Grand Champion prize money is $1250.00 You do not have to enter all 3(WH,RIB&Chicken) WH "IS" mandetory though,to be in the running for GC,but with less than 3categories scores it'll be extremely unlikely to prevail.Could use a few more judges and cookers for friday night and on Sat.Please call me at 843-336-3156 and 843-514-4890cel.If I don't answer pls.leave a msg and time/# to call you back.Friday night Cooks meeting(tentetively)6:00pm ATB begins 7:30pm(need judges there by 7:00pm please)Best Dessert at 8:00pm(This may be moved due to final amount of teams participating) Sat.Competition;Judges need to be there by 8:00am for briefing and table assignments forWH at 9:00(actually 8:50-9:10am) Ribs will be at 10:00 and Chicken at 10:30am(again depending on #of cooker and judges participation,this time may move to 11:00am)Friday night has always been fantastic.Come and enjoy the great food and fun.
