As cooker, our team when we do our turn in boxes , we hand pull our pork for the judges , and we include samples with alot of bark on it so they can get a look at the smoke ring and a good taste of the bark. It also helps so the judges can pull apart the sample to see how eaisly it pulls apart and also how juicy it is as well. A full box of pulled pork always looks better than sliced or chopped in my opinion as a cooker.
But as a judge I have to keep a open mind so I judge its as its presented.
