I would like to take the opportunity to thank the community of Union,SC.,Mr.David"TUBO"Owens,Lou Stackhouse and everyone else associated with this festival for a job well done.
Thank you for allowing the South Carolina Barbeque Association to be a part of your event,it is without a doubt one of the best run festivals I have had the opportunity to be a part of.
For those of you in the barbeque community,cookers,judges,etc.you should put this contest on your calendar for 2010.You will not be disappointed.
