We're three-weeks away from one of the nicest competition you'll ever want to cook in, Manning or Claredon County's Pigtails, Barbeque and Bluegrass Festival. This is a great event with proceeds going to Clarendon County Library to promote literacy and summer reading programs for local citizens. This is a great program that provides a valuable service to the community.
We are looking for additional cook teams to participate in a Whole Hog contest on October 2nd and 3rd in downtown Manning. Pigtails, Barbeque and Bluegrass Festival is a cooker friendly event and you'll have a blast.
