Here is your chance. The Hog jam is in just one month. The event will be paying to 5th place, Top prize is $2000. There are cook and judge categories as well with small prizes. Breakfast, and a voluntary anything but contest.
BUT, BUT, we only have 6 cookers signed up. So right now, 5 of 6 of those teams will walk out with prize money. If no one else signs up. I am going to step out of the organizer role and take the $2000 prize with some of the my "worst" bbq in SC.
If you have not come to Kershaw, or if you are on the fence about coming. This is a great little cookoff and right now has GREAT odds.
