The family will be traveling through Western NC into VA across VA and then back down the East coast back to SC. We plan on trying as many BBQ joints as we can in a weeks time. Any recommendations?? Also does anyone have some kind of BBQ restaurant score cards so we can start keeping a log of these places. Thanks
