Angie, Billy and all of our staff have worked tirelessly to try and accommodate every request. We GREATLY appreciate the fact that each of you wants ‘your spot.’ When we balance your requests, with power needs, vendors vs non-vendors, etc., sometimes, no matter how hard we try, it still does not work. To add more difficulty, we have been working very hard to accommodate the producers of Food Network Challenge and still maintain our ‘team first’ tradition. Remember that we work to place all of the vending teams in the same area around the fountain for easy public access....so, if you are not vending...you are on the perimeter.
I’m sure you’ll find some mistakes...we’ll do our best to correct those on site. Right now, we show 57 KCBS and 17 Backyard teams. Should be fun.
PLEASE let us know if you plan to come in Wednesday (tomorrow) night if you have not already done so. It is important that we prepare for you. If you plan to drive in Thursday night, we WELCOME YOU! We’d ask that you plan to arrive after 6 PM so that we can get the 8-5 business traffic out of the downtown. It would be helpful if each of you respond when you do plan to arrive.
