I watched a program called Modern Marvels,It was
about B-B-Q history. I work at a Bar-B-Que resturant that just celebrated It's 61 st B-day. If anyone is ever in Wastern Ky stop in and have the best b-b-q mutton sandwich you have ever tasted. The name is Peak Brothers Bar-B-Que.It open on July 4th 1948. 61 years later we are still going strong.
