I had the pleasure of having lunch with Bryan & Mark(Q2U BBQ Team)today at their new BBQ resturant(Q2U BBQ PIT).I had the lunch combo(pulled pork & 2 sides)and 1/2 slab ribs.Everything was very good and their business was booming.Go visit with them when you get a chance,we may not see them in comp's much anymore.They are in Lake Wylie Plaza just across the bridge 4052 Charlotte Hwy.803-831-8883.
They said tell everyone Hi.
