Ya know what that whole pooling thing is a little lame , some of these folks have never heard of gravity , if you put liquid on something that`s going on a plate such as sauce eventually some is gonna seep down to the bottom of the box no mater what. The top and sides of the box are easy cleans if you take your time and dont rush.
