The Uniquely Union contest was a KCBS contest until this year. It is a very well run contest by David Owens. He has moved the venue to a much larger area and he is a very cooker friendly contest. I spoke with him last week and he already has 11-12 teams signed up and is hoping for a total of 25. This will be a really good cook to attend
