Hash

I am originally from SC but live in GA. Everytime I visit SC I purchase mustard based BBQ sauce since you can't find it in GA. I also purchase hash and freeze it so we can have it later. But I am wanting to make hash myself but have no recipe for it and can not find one online. It all comes back as corned beef hash. Does anyone have a good hash recipe to share? Or know where I could find one?
