We have a new festival that has just been announced. It is to be June 13, 2009 so it is coming up rather quickly. It is called “Lake’s Best Rib Fest-Pig Out” and it is to be in Chapin, SC. (The “Lake” is Lake Murray, by the way.)
It is a small charity event and they are only going to cook ribs which they will provide. Here is an opportunity to show your stuff with ribs rather than whole hog.
They are looking for 6 to 12 teams and it is to be held at the Old Lexington Town Center just north of Chapin. This is an MBA event so the usual points will be given.
