Jill, have you ever been tied with your hands above your head, completely stretched out, so that your feet were just barely touching or not touching the ground at all? I think it would be an incredible challenge for you to take punches, hung up, helpless to tighten your abs, as you get broken down, stretched out like that, your abs would slowly give way. Making each punch sink in deeper and deeper. Would be even hotter if you were stripped slowly, perhaps blindfolded for a portion to make it even more challenging for you.
