You don't need us to tell how to make a belly punching video. You've made so many good ones already. However you need something to break up the action, so in this one you might consider the two beating up girls taking a break and saying something like:
1st Girl: Wow, look at her. It makes me so horny seeing her lying there helpless, moaning in pain and terrified that we'll never stop beating her. I know that if I had a dick it would be in there right now.
2nd. Girl: I know. I'm feeling really wet myself just looking at her.
They kiss and fondle each other while the victim can only watch. Then they go back to beating her.
