I'd really like to see a video in which a woman with well defined abs is bench pressing weights, when another woman removes the supports from the head end of the bench so the weight lifter has to hold herself up with her arms and abs so she doesn't fall back, bending her back painfully. As her muscles start to glisten with sweat and then scream with pain the other woman starts to punch them. She could raise the head of the bench from time to time and then let it fall again. I'd be happy to send some suggestions with a script and more details if you are interested.
